- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪fforestfach medical centre is very disorganised ,I think they should have a separate line for elderly people because when you try to ring in the morning the line is very busy and you have to keep ringing .I have been told by the receptionist in there that its always the elderly people who are ringing in the morning that's why its so busy. They should have two lines for kids and younger people and elderly people, the reception is big enough. they give you anything to keep you quiet and that's not good because it can make you much worse than what you are already are.by Jade ParkhouseMay 03, 2017
